Sono Gioia,una tecnologa alimentare,questo blog nasce per parlare si di cibo,ma il cibo visto come speranza,possibile riscatto di tutte quelle popolazioni che hanno le materie prime e la terra ma sono schiacciate da opressioni esterne e da quelle interne,come in certe zone dell'Africa!
Così vi voglio parlare di un sogno,mettere la mia figura a disposizione di quelle popolazioni che ne hanno bisogno,che hanno tutte le potenzialità per trovare sostentamento dalla propria terra!
